I am seeking a skilled web developer who can optimize the PHP/LARAVEL home or front listing page to load faster at [login to view URL] and also optimize and fix the news page at [login to view URL] 1. The front page or the commercial real estate listing page is slow due to users uploading too large pictures. Web programming needs to be done on the server side to reduce the size of the pictures once they upload. Also, the front page banner and pictures may need to be optimized. 2. The Commercial real estate news page is built with PHP. The news page has two issues. It needs to open faster. It takes approximately 6.5 seconds to open, and we need it to reach around 3 seconds. Also, the auto grabber stops working. We were told by the script developer that the server needs more memory. We spoke with our web hosting company, and they said that we have sufficient memory, but the news page needs to be optimized. Also, the news is grabbing old news, and we need to program to delete old news automatically. The news grabs articles from RSS feeds. Let us know if you know how to implement a better method to grab the most current US commercial real estate news, financial news, Economy news, US national news, and some worldwide news. The website is being hosted with Bluehost on a premium shared server with unlimited space. Skills and experience for this job include: Please do not bid if you do not have these skills. - Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML/PHP - Experience in optimizing web pages for improved performance and load times - Familiarity with responsive design and mobile optimization - Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and debug any issues that may arise during the optimization process. The timeline for completing the optimization is within one week, so the selected freelancer should be available to start working on the project immediately.
