Hi, I'm looking at undertaking a project in which I'm looking to query the Twitter API to provide a feed of data for specific hashtags. I need a PHP script created that allows me to specify hashtags for querying, and supplies back the feed for this social network. Please include the word "bookshelf" in your response so that I know you've read this description.

bookshelf Hello, I am a web developer with more than 4 years of experience. I propose to obtain the feed by long polling the Twitter Search API, which allows one to search tweets, including hashtags. The only caveats is that it is not guaranteed that all tweets are search-indexed and that the API itself is rate limited to 450 requests per 15 minutes, thus at most an update every 2 seconds, which may not necessarily be as fast as you would like. Nevertheless, I hope that this solution will fit your requirements. Cheers!
