I need a Custom Project Management tool for Personal use

I need someone to create a simple project management web app for personal use. the app should included 3 basic parts... 1. Project timeline 2. Project Accounting 3. Project Calendar PROJECT TIMELINE: I want to be able to create a project that can be moved across a timeline like Trello or Asana. PROJECT ACCOUNTING: I need to be able to add expenses/ income for each individual project and view a running total of income and expenses and Net profit PROJECT CALENDAR: I need a basic calendar that can sync with my google calendar and send guest invites from a email address of my choice. BUDGET $100 (one hundred USD) If you want to work on this project within my budget send me a message that says " I CAN DO THIS PROJECT NATE!" so i know you read the full description and can work within my budget.
