i'm looking for someone able to create a small program

Hi, i'm looking for someone able to create a small program. I have a foot switch pedal controller and I would like to control music. I'm music teacher and I need to conduct kids but have to do many things at the same time, like playing piano, help the singer and conducting notes for xylophone. so I had the idea to create a programm, when I press the pedal the note that kids have to play, they can see it. I would plug my laptop to a videoprojector, I would play piano and tap the beat on the pedal like this the letters (CDEFGAB) . For exemple: The song as for note DGBA, 4beat per notes DDDD GGGG BBBB AAAA, when I tap the beat with the pedal the notes On the videoprojector Screen you'ldl be presented with a note highway containing moving, coloured marks that kids could follow.
