This innovative platform should include features such as: - Live video streaming: Facilitation of real-time workout sessions. - Recorded video playback: Allowing users to review workout routines. - Posture feedback: Using auditory feedback to correct the user's exercise form. When the posture is correct green light is displayed, incorrect form is indicated with red light. The system should also engage and retain users by displaying their progress tracking.
