I am looking to build a rewards website linked to a dashboard for business to business. Some of the functionality needs to be the following: • Website is only accessible to logged in users: o Registration / Sign-Up o Login o Logout o Forgot password capabilities. • Registrations / Sign-Ups must be approved by admin: o Admin notification for new registrations. o Manual approval capability only. o Successful Registration email sent to User. o Login link to set password. • User profiles must be assigned to a parent company (e.g., Isuzu/Impala) • Leaderboard page must be specific to the user’s parent company. o Listed as retailer names. o Ranked according to total points earned. o Points earned must dictate the level on LB – not balance of points (ie points earned less points spent) • Admin decides targets for each retailer to earn points o Person A needs to buy X Litres for Y Points o Person B needs to buy 2X Litres for Y Points o Example 1: 6 000 Litres = 2 000 Points o Example 2: 8 000 Litres = 2 000 Points o Set At User Level o Website makes calls to the external database where “Litres Bought” on qualifying products is captured. (Customer Ops to provide feedback on their tracking mechanism as well as reporting function). o The website converts those Litres to points based on the targets set by the Admin. o Leaderboard is automatically updated. o My Account page is automatically updated. o Admin can view and edit the individual users’ points. o Admin can view and edit the targets for each user. o • User claims a prize from the website: o Visit Claim page with all the prizes.  The same claim page and prizes is visible to all companies. o Select a prize. o Fill in details on checkout page (delivery address etc.) and include details in order email. o Pays with points:  Error message if they don’t have enough points and state how much they have in their points wallet. (e.g., “Sorry, you only have 1000 points available to spend.”) • Order email is sent to Red cherry for fulfilment. o Q: should admin be able to mark orders as complete/shipped in Dashboard (like Woocommerce)? o Red cherry to close the loop – proof of delivery & mark as delivered on the system • Points balance is updated upon purchase: o In dashboard o On My Account page • Personal Dashboard shows: o Points Earned o Points claimed o Balance / left to claim • Add new or edit existing prizes from the dashboard (Red cherry’ responsibility). o Name o Image o Short description o Points purchase amount. • Q: What information should be visible on the My Account page? Examples: o Points balance o Past claims o Edit user details (contact person, contact number, address). o Change password. o Quick View: Leaderboard position / Total points earned to date. o Points statement:  Points earned dates and amounts.  Points spent dates and amounts.
