Fix some simple coding issues with my WordPress website

We are a team of designers and developers with expertise and experience in Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, AJAX, JQuery, Angular JS, XML, Wordpress, Joomla, Shopify, Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Google Map API and MySql. We have delivered many Wordpress - Woocommerce sites. I have read of the corrections needed. I need to see site (especially for #1). So please share url. Also I would prefer delivering the fixes on the hosted site after resolving them on my server, but if you so want, we can tell you what was changed. To download site and fix the issue before uploading, I will need Cpanel access and wordpress admin access. Once I study #1 in context of the site, I will be able to assess scope of work precisely. I will then revise/ confirm my bid accordingly. I ensure a very thorough job and also support if you need changes / enhancements in future.
