Hi, I took a look at the gtmetrix reports. The biggest issue you have is the leverage browser caching and the defer javascript. The defer javascript and other issues can be fixed if you get a CDN service, for the leverage browser cache there are some fixes in htaccess to set the expiration of the files mentioned.
