Document parsing software needed

We need some software written to parse and lift information from word documents and PDF's received as attachments to inbound emails. The software must be able to work on ANY version/age of word and PDF Technical Brief: Take a word document and convert any textual content to raw text using plain javascript in the Node.js runtime (V4.5 or above). Mandatory requirements: The solution must 1. not use any external NPM packages apart from those shipped by default with node.js, it must be able to run standalone. 2. must be able to read either of the uploaded example source files ("Source Document Example [login to view URL]", "Source Document Example [login to view URL]") and parse any readable text in the main sections of the document across all pages including header and footer. 3. create one long UTF8 or Unicode text string variable which contains all captured text (the expected text is shown in "Expected Text [login to view URL]") with a newline (if possible) between each captured area in the string variable. 4. log any errors encountered whilst parsing via [login to view URL](...)
