There should be a shared calendar per building. Since the building's washing facilities can vary there should be an admin account, that can set up a calendar, add different facilities (washing machines, tumble driers, drying rooms). The admin should also be able to create and delete user accounts and set up weekly reservation limits (for example 5h/week per user, per facility type). The user should be able to log in, see their specific washing room calendar, reserve timeslots on different facility types within their limits set by the administrator. The user should be able to send a message to the owner of an already reserved slot to request a swap/exchange with a short reason message. Additionally, we thought about push notifications on reservation days, as well as for a slot change request.
