Developer needed for responsive and lightweight Wordpress Theme

We have a complete site mocked up in Invision that we would like coded into a responsive Wordpress Theme (using well structured and semantic HTML5), with functionality using plugins where appropriate (kept to a minimum to reduce page load etc). [login to view URL] The site will need to be implemented into the Theme to be fully functioning - on a WP-Engine install that we can provide. It will need to be responsive and quick to load (so optimised images, sprites, css tricks etc). Text content can be taken from the Invision mockup, but all images will be uploaded by us via WP (all the images used in the Invision mockup are dummy). Blog text and images can be transferred over as an exported XML file from our existing site ([login to view URL]). We currently use Woo Commerce for the shop functionality (selling tickets for our training courses) and are open to suggestions on this.
