Design an ecommerce website -- 2

I'm looking for someone who'll be able to design and implement a subscription based store. - Expectation is to come up with a quick solution via use of a storefront framework such as shopify, magento etc. - Should have an understanding of responsive UI principles - S/he should be able to design and implement-or give advise I can hire one more person if needed. - I'm also looking for guidance thru the process i.e. best if he/she uses some generic collaboration tools effectively(e.g. Jira, bitbucket, github - or something else your choice) - Should have an understanding of globalization/localization of the framework we use - Should have an understanding of how recommendation systems work/could be applied in the framework we use - Best if have prior experience with subscription based e-commerce
