I built a similar setup for a buddy of mine who has an insurance company in Ft Worth, exept his is for leads and sales and i know yours is not. I have also built CRM's using PHP-SQL for internet companies and even for hotels and Apt complexes to manage their Wifi systems with billing QOS and advertising all made from PHP and SQL with radius and custom scripts to tie everthing they need into one system. I have done some data conversion scripts for a few county courthouses that were using a non supported foxpro DB that needed to translate and restructure into MySQL tables and rename fields and some values but keep record structure from multiple files that had several different ID fields that didnt all match. I know all this doesnt go directly with what you were asking but it shows the flexibility of my PHP-SQL in case any bumps come along or you just have a random thought like "hey can i can pull a google maps live snapshot on the fly for a print out of an address" or something similar. Also i run an ISP with test servers sitting there running so if you want a free hosted test im your man.
