I need 5-10 bids only and not 100+. I don't have time to discuss with all. No individual bidder. If you care for quality in bidding, you are welcome.. No copy and paste and no prior portfolio.. If you need my detailed feature requirements to impress me.. You are not the one I am looking for. I am working with Car Dealers and they want me to build them their own websites on a subscription basis. I want to offer them most common features and some more so your cost will be based on must have (common features from sites I showed) + extra for additional features.
