Build a Wordpress login area

I am looking for someone to help build a Wordpress site login area which can be linked to our current website and our google sheets database. The purpose of this site will be for our clients to login and track their application progress. The site will include: - Username and password predetermined by us and reference from our google sheet - The Login area will be standardised for everyone, but there will be checkbox features that reference a google sheet - The area will be designed to fit in with our current website branding - The area will have 2 sections Section 1 Document collection progress CV - (The answer will be 'yes','no', or 'resend') (This answer will reference each login users cell on our google sheet) Passport Scan - (The answer will be 'yes','no', or 'resend') (This answer will reference each login users cell on our google sheet) Employment contract - (The answer will be 'yes','no', or 'resend') (This answer will reference each login users cell on our google sheet) Annex A and Annex B - (The answer will be 'yes','no', or 'resend') (This answer will reference each login users cell on our google sheet) Passport style photo on white background minimum 250kb on white background - (The answer will be 'yes','no', or 'resend') (This answer will reference each login users cell on our google sheet) Original ACRO certificate - (The answer will be 'Received','Not Received') (This answer will reference each login users cell on our google sheet) Section 2 This section will have a diagram, and above the diagram will reference a google sheet cell, the cell will tell users what stage they are upto. See attached image for a better reference Our normal website is currently hosted on go daddy. We dont have a web press account at the moment, but we are only building the login area of the website in Wordpress, there will be a "Login" link on the website which will redirect to the stand alone Wordpress site.
