build a web based health app

Hi i want to have an app to help pharmacist counsel patients , but i want to make it smart and like artificial intelligence to assist pharmacist : [login to view URL] look at the reference above pharmacist enters eliquis ( means patient prescription has eliquis ) so the app will remind the pharmacist to ask and will pop bubble for each indication in this section (1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE) there are 5 conditions as you see once one condition is clicked , we link it to the 2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION section below specific for that condition after that , the app asks the pharmacist we can do in a list or bubbles for easy vision : ( check MEDICATION GUIDE section below ) Tell the patient what is Eliquis If click on it will open few lines to explain the drug from this section What is ELIQUIS? Precautions ? Bubble Side Effects ? Bubble Interactions ? Bubble at the end there is option to email a summary of what was discussed so the pharmacist will receive a summary of notes he can copy paste to his digital notes : mentioning what sections were discussed and the info provided and any feedback from patient this is work in progress , and this is mostly a brainstorming , if someone has done similar in this field will be amazing to work with then i believe the site above is a gov website and offers API [login to view URL]
