Build a Website with videos and layers

Attached are the video files which shows how the website will look like once built, we would like the exact thing to be developed as a website. Few points to better understand the scope. 1. [login to view URL] is the home page, once loaded, the user needs to hover to the right where all the parts are listed, and he can keep scrolling to get one part after another. 2. [login to view URL] is show how the parts page will open when any user clicks on any of the parts in Home page, on the parts page, the users can now scroll and he will get further slides mentioning further details of individual components of the parts (currently only two components slides are given for understanding, this will go update 6-7 during the course of development.). When he clicks on Home he goes to the Home page, when he clicks on the back link he goes to the Parts main page. 3.
