Social networking Site

We are looking to create a social networking site to be specifically tailored to a specific type of person. More detail will be provided to the desingers, but we need a site much like MySpace or Facebook that would allow profiles, groups, geographical searches, event planning, photo galleries, approval system, and automatic emailing features to name a few. A complete project analysis and scope of design document will be provided, and we need a deisnger who is accessable and will conitnually work with us to get the site where we need it. We are not particuar about the language, but the system must be scalable and work with either a SQL or equivalent database and include documentation. We also need to own the source code at the completion of the project. This is a must have, so please do not respond if you can not comply with that. Plese respond with examples of previous and relevant work. We will only consider reputable deisgners with relevant work experience that maintain the highest levels of work ethic and customer satisfaction.
