Dev/Designer to modify html email template

I work for a commercial real estate firm and need help modifying an html template purchased from Themeforest to use in our email campaigns. We need to create two email templates that we can easily customize with photos and text as needed. One template will be for simple announcements. The second, "property listing", will be used to promote commercial properties we are marketing and include an expanded layout with more property images and links to video on vimeo promoting our property. I’ve already selected a template from Themeforest, which includes a template builder. You can preview it here: [login to view URL] The email template "layout" will remain consistent for each campaign and respective template, but the content (text, images, and video/pdf links) will change almost every time a broadcast email is sent. I must be able to populate the templates you create for us, without engaging you and/or the vendor of these stock templates every time I require new content. A good deal of the customization (especially layout) can be done directly with the template builder provided when I purchased the templates through Themeforest. Basically I want you to make certain the templates are modified with our corporate colors, logo, links to our website, social media accounts, and when applicable, video. I am also counting on you for; advice on structure that gets us through the spam filters, is very clean in terms of design, and matches colors/layout of our existing brand, plus the links to our social media sites. And we need to make sure it can be viewed on a variety of devices. In addition to the basics, we want these templates to include: 1. Website link 2. Social media links to LinkedIn and Facebook. 3. Like option for our Facebook page 4. Video Link for the Property Listing template. 5. Link to our server where recipient can download detailed pdf brochure for Property Listing template. Our goals: 1. Create email templates that can be easily changed by updating photos, text, links, and sometimes video. 2. Create email with design consistent with our existing marketing materials. 3. Use available technology that our dinosaur industry has been slow to adapt, in order to differentiate ourselves. (your ideas are welcome). The email campaigns are managed through our CRM, Maximizer 12, in conjunction with MailJet Please let me know what you need from me to generate these templates and if possible, a rough idea of what it will cost and the time required.
