If you ask for more than that you may not get the job. Our feedback will show we pay. 3) DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO TIMELY COMPLETE THE JOB. This is a repost because the other bidder started and then stopped with no further contact. This has happened on a couple of our jobs. I need a utility program developed to run in the background of windows that will allow you to cut, copy and/or paste multiple items at one time. The program must be compatible with Windows XP and forward.
