MQL Code for Forex Trading

I am wanting an expert advisor written in MQL for metatrader 4 platform using? standard indicators. The Expert works on a basic overbought oversold indicator, placing pending orders at a distance from the indicator crossing levels. It will have inputs for.... -the ability to have 3 exits of profits, and flexible stops. - Cancel pending orders if price moves "x" number of pips in the wrong direction. -Break Even, and trailing stop inputs, audible and visual alerts for entries, -Moving average filter true/false -Trade Long only, and Trade short only options in accordance with the moving average filter.... -Time filter for trade eg start trade hour, end trade hour to be set by GMT times -Magic Number & Slippage -Multiplier for after a losing trade option. Obviously a coder will have questions for me - so questions welcomed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
