YouTube Type Rayzz need customization

Here is what I need to do in the site: URL of my site: [login to view URL] 1) Change the size in the 1/2 side of th page, smaller to fit an vertical adsense 2) Change colors of the tabs from gray to another color that will easier to see 3) Fix why you can't see video after you upload it. (Thumbnail and in the flash player too) 4) Put another adsense at the bottom of each page (near footer), my client wants 3 ads per page. Doesn't care about the positions. 5) remove the "//" showing after you sign in at the bottom of the page 6) * RSS Video * RSS Audio * RSS photo * FAQ * News * privacy policy (need to star wit caps like the rest) * terms of condition (need to star wit caps like the rest) * Contact Us 7) Can you create a box around the page like this site? [login to view URL] obviously it should have some sort of background 8) Can you out a background in the LOGIN section like fixfocus has? 9) Can the Login Button be in another color completely different than the rest? 10) Can the top (where the logo is) be make it bigger (height) so I can create a flash intro with title and be put there? Good luck people, only experience people on this type of software and guru with PHP5 will get the gig. G
