Wordpress Site inprovements

I have recently had an website evaluation to my website done and the programmer came back with several things to consider, change and improve my website. I am attaching his reports and I need your bid to cover items 5 through 10 from the sheet and the following three things that I have come up with myself. *****Before starting any work, please back up the website and the database..... and place in a folder on server (FTP) 1.I would like to add a Login | Register link (button) on the same row as my social media buttons. This should be available on every page through-out the website 2. I would like a way for visitors to submit their city to the directory, or to make a recomemdation to admin to ad their city. This would probalbly be visible in the bottom porttion of the website by the links for the different cities and counties or somewhere within. ( your suggestions are welcome) 3. after all the work has been done and complete, update my child theme and website with the latest theme upgrade, ( which may already be done) and make sure it is functioning to except all future updates.
