321044 Real Estate Search Engine

This bid is for a real estate search engine combined with a social network. The engine will be similar to [login to view URL] and will include my company listings, listings from xml feeds, multiple listing feeds, foreclosures (from 3rd party site) and listings from other sites via indexing. We have approximately 100,000 current registered members and I want to leverage those members by integrating a social network feature like Orkut. There is a current database with the member data and property data which will be incorporated into the new site. The current members are a cross-section of real estate brokers, principals and other real estate related professionals. Each member will have his own site within a site where he can display his listings, personal, professional and contact data, have a blog, collect data from buyers, refer buyers. The listings will come from the following sources: Listings added manually by our members Listings added via feed by ou members MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listings via daily feed Foreclosure listings provided by third party service Indexing third-party real estate sites I will send you a list of the sites I need indexed for the search engine. The community will encompass our 100,000 current members and give each member a page in which he can do the following: Display his property listings Display his wanted listings Display personal, professional and contact information Post photos Run a blog Send referrals The site must be: 1) fast 2) Extremely easy to use 3) able to collect data. 4) extremely clean and professional with the highest quality graphics and layout Only extremely experienced programmers will be considered for this project.
