Prestashop Expert Needed for Update and Changes/Fixes - repost

I already have a Prestashop E-commerce website but there are fixes/changes that need to be made. I need someone who is very detailed and can get color and other designs exactly to my specifications. 1. My prestashop website is running very slowly. Every Click takes about more than 10 seconds. I see on the bottom left hand corner which says waiting for... transferring... about 2 or 3 times before going to the product or category. It needs to be fixed immediately. 2. Upgrade to latest Prestashop version 1.5.3. I have 1.5.1. 3. Change Ratio of border and category boxes, category fonts 4. Color match/adjustment for background category 5. On About Us page, need to be able to put in more pictures 6. On one of pages, I need change layout and add slideshow 7. On Clearance page, need to be able to edit/change items 8. The save to cart box, needs to be able to appear after customer clicks on product save to cart and then disappear after clicking on another item
