php website using facebook social plugins

I need a website like: che*lick*.net/Like*It (remove stars) It lets users write any text that becomes it's own page that they can now "like" and "comment" using facebook social plugins in an iframe from: [login to view URL] the like plugin and the comment plugin will be used for each custom page that anyone can make the index page will just be a big logo with a big box to write the custom page that will be "liked". there will be a "top likes" page that will list the user created pages that are most liked. similar too che*lick.net. there will be a "random page" that will display a random user created page. design must be modern and graphically user friendly. If you want your bid to be taken seriously, please include samples of design work as well as either a mockup of this site or a clear understanding of my needs.
