153062 MotleyFool CAPS Clone

Moyley Fool has a mini site called CAPS and it's in beta. basicly users rate theyre faivorite stocks and helping other users "to beat the market".. it also shows which stock did the best on the actual market and which are the wrost. i want to open this kind of site only minimized smaller, simpler and friendlier. afcourse the desgin has to be stunning.. but the site needs to be very small and very simple. i dont mind if it's a single or 2-3 pages site. the only problem is that i want it transleted into hebrew. so we have to find a way to work it out. please attach a portfolio (it's importent) and bid only if you fully understand this project and know how you can make it come real. thanks.
