This is a relisting of Model Portfolios Project. Unfortunately, a lot of people made bids without reading the requirements to bid. Basically, I was spammed to death and the quality of the bids were beyond rubbish. If you do not read this and bid accordingly, then I will take your bid as SPAM and report it as SPAM. DO NOT MAKE A BID, UNLESS YOU CAN FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES: You are bidding to develop a website with the same overall functionality as [login to view URL] PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A GENERIC CUT AND PASTE BID! Your bid MUST include the technology stack you intend to put together to create this site. I want to know your technology solution, to ensure you know how to make a site that is reliable, functional, HIGHLY scalable, and secure. The more details you provide as to the technology solutions you will use/provide to make a robust, scalable, secure site that has the same functionality, the more likely I will choose your bid. If you cannot articulate the technology solution, then you probably don't have the skill and experience required to create this site. This is a HIGH BUDGET site. Your bid quality should match a high budget work. This is NOT a $15 enhancement request where you can give a cut and paste bid. I have been a Software Development Project Manager for over 14 years. The past few years I have been a Scrum Master. I have managed the most complex development projects, so I can't be fooled that easily. I will be looking at the solution you plan to develop to provide me a website with the same functionality as modeldesire.
