Magento ecommerce store new build

Hello, I need a new ecommerce store built. The design is a based on fairingkits dot org, which some additional functionality added in. You must have fluent working English and be able to converse on skype. You will need graphical layout skills (you can contract this out if you need to, but you take full responsibility for it), Magento new build and customisation skills and related technologies e.g. PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript. You must of built at least 15 commercial Magento web stores before. Include in your response the number of magento projects you have completed or lead, and give example URL's for your work including at least one multistore. From the responses I receive, I will send the full brief (6 pages) by private message just to the ones who are qualified and suitable for the work. Project to be complete by the end of January 2012. There will be further multistore work in a few months time. MAIN TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SITE 1. Multistore Functionality Have multiple domain names e.g. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL], that have different home pages(i.e. a couple of images swapped and some text differences) and contact pages (some text different), and use different price lists (prices in the local currency) and everything else in the site is identical. The sites to be set up in this brief are the .[login to view URL] and .com.au. And it must be easy to add further domains at a later stage. Subdomains E.g. Main site is called [login to view URL] There will be a Subdomain eg. [login to view URL] that shows special pricing (% discount off retail). And also I can run a report to see the items that were bought on this subdomain (for commission payments). The sub-domains will have minor difference in images/text on homepage. All these sites will be run off a single database. You must come up with a method to create a sub-domain version of the site that can be followed by me so that I can create the sub-domain site within 2 hours. 2. Additional Specifics -Customer login, to preserve cart, show purchase history, and track order. -The site also needs a CMS for blog. - Search engine friendly design and SEO strategy for post Panda Google (any advice on avoiding potential page rank penalty from the duplicate content in the different domain names appreciated). - rank first for keyword, for searchers originating from New Zealand. (possible since it is a small and uncompetitive niche, in a small geographic) - The homepage of the website must be fully adaptable by the shop administrator itself (change texts and pictures through CMS) - Implementation of a One Step Check Out. -recreate logo image for different domain name (same style) -alter picture of motorbike in the images on the side of the homepage, to show different pattern on fairing, so it is all blue (the same blue as it is) with red stars(with white edging) as per the New Zealand flag, instead of the red/white lines. -minify and gzip scripts (as appropriate) -Payments will be set to be handled by Paypal and Bank Transfer -Google Analytics implemented to monitor customer behaviour -Document design -Built for and installed on Magento 1.61 server. -CSV Import of products there are 12 categories, with 200 products. -Be able to use discount codes -Design delivered in PSD.
