Build a Website

I've been on web sites that authors have uploaded their stories to and people can read those stories and review them. The stories can be short or novel length. The categories index the stories. [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] are but a few. I want this template to be able to display all rated stories from g-rated to full xxx. I want to have areas for advertisers and the authors should be able to upload doc and docx files as well as text files. The stories should be indexed by rating, author, male, female, and category. users should be able to login and upload files. The files should have a check so no html links are embedded. I have a host that has mysql and php. I host with ipage. I should be able to add advertisers that contain links to the advertisers. I am getting wordpress quotes.. I just want to point out this is not a wordpress project. I involves storing and recovering doc and text files.
