PHP and Wordpress expert needed with knowledge of SSL

Hi there, I need some help accessing my file sharing application [login to view URL] This application is custom built in PHP. Application was accessible earlier but my SSL certificate expired and since then I cannot access the application. I will no longer be using the SSL certificate anymore. When the application was designed initially, it was set to check for SSL authentication but now its no longer needed. I want someone to make the required change so the site is accessible again. Once it's available I need a minor change in the feature inside the File sharing application as below - 1. Currently users can select multiple files from their desktop to upload to the folders in file sharing application. I want users also to have the ability to move the entire folder from their desktop to the file sharing application without causing any issues to the existing features and functionality, if possible. 2. Currently on Home page there is a section where all files are listed. Change need to be made so it only lists new files that have been uploaded, and has not been moved to a file folder already. Let me know if you can do this ASAP. Thank you-
