I need a program written in vb6 that will do the following: For API printer code you can go to the following site: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] all printers and show path of each one [login to view URL] able to add user permissions through 4 digit pin number. [login to view URL] to be stored in Access 2000 or better database [login to view URL] will set pin numbers [login to view URL] will request a print job ( this could be from any software application the user has on their pc) and the program will ask the user for their pin number. If it does not match what is in the managers database, they will not be able to print and will be informed of this through a message box. [login to view URL] print jobs :Tracks how many pages were sent to printer and by which pin number. [login to view URL] out a report( only the data report designer is to be used) by date range of print jobs which must include number of pages printed and pin number. Purpose of software: The user will be able to set permissions to multiple printers on a network or PC. For example you might have 3 printers on a pc or network. The manager will be able to locate each printer. He/She would want to assign permissions for each printer and base it on the pin number. So for example a pin # 3345 can print to a Dell printer. But they might also have a cannon printer which they just want to allow all users to print without setting pin numbers. So it should have a drop down list where the manager can assign permissions if they want to for that particular printer. Must work on 2000, xp and 98 OS. I will need to see a prototype in 3 days to show that you are actively working on this project after I have selected your bid. A gif image is available of a similar program but this program does not have pin numbers for users. Keep the interface simple as you see in the gif image. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) with complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must work on 2000, xp and 98 OS.
