Installation of VB Program

I have a completed program in VB6 and I want to create a customized installation package for it. The installation must have my company logo in the background, and all text which will appear during the installation and the instruction should be in german language. (If the coder doesn't know german, he must contact with me to get the strings which i want to display) The installation must run on all windows systems: win95, win98, win2000, winxp If the coder chooses to use install shield then i want also to have the source project for installation with a description how the project was built.. I want also all forms (5 simple) forms to be re-designed so that it has a very professional look, and its not a difficult job for talented people i will provide a layout for the winning coder ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
