Wowza Server Optimization

Im testing a Wowza server from [login to view URL] and need it tweaked for live streaming. I read somewhere the default config file is set for 728 MB RAM, and settings can be tweaked if you are running Hex core processors. With the default setup I'm getting buffering issues with 2 viewers watching 1 live stream at 320x240, 256 Kbps. I'm also using [login to view URL] video chat software to broadcast streams to the Wowza server. It's a great video/chat progam, but I'm sure I should be able to handle way more connections with this server. So I'm looking to have my Wowza configuration set so I should have no issues with 300+ connections.
