Workorder Management System Update #2

Project 2: Add an additional area called Estimating that matches the existing look & feel • Users log in using existing admin user accounts and click button (graphic to be provided) • Form with pre-filled but changeable date and signature areas, plus pre-filled but changeable body, as well as name and email of recipient • When saved, the following should occur: o It should be added to a list of previously created estimates list o The list should match color scheme of other lists on system o Once created, editing an estimate should allow setting one of the following statuses. Just like with the workorders, Closed items should be visible on an Estimate Lookup page which shows ALL estimates, and all others should show on Open Estimates  Sent – Awaiting Acceptance  Sent – Needs Follow Up (Allows note to be added)  Accepted – Workorder Needed  Accepted – Workorder Created  Closed - Bid Lost  Closed – Bid Won & Work Performed o The sortable (click on column title to sort) and searchable (by name, date range, or subject) columns in the list should be:  Company Name  Estimate Subject (if there’s room)  Creator  Send Date  Followup date (This should be an automatic date 10 days beyond Send Date) o Saving it should pop up a confirmation asking if it should be emailed to both the recipient and the creator. If so, generate a PDFwhich looks like the attached sample document (including graphic header) and send to creator and recipient. NOTE: All dynamic info on the estimate PDF should be generated with a fixed-width font so the rows of quoted/price line items (see sample document) always line up perfectly.
