Ruby on Rails - PHP - Linux - Whmcs

This is for a client of mine. I need to have the project started on today. ruby on rails - ISP project We need a project finished. It is a portal that reports broadband usage from our radius server. the reporting is now working, however the project is to integrate the graphics and usage numbers via the customers account in WHMCS ([login to view URL]) Limited budget for this project, will lead to other RoR work if completed in the next few days successfully. Development/test servers for both whmcs and our portal server will be provided. It is geared up for Capistrano deployment to the server, which is running Phusion passenger under Apache. the outcome of the project is this: users will be able to login to their whmcs account and see the following. usage graphs from the portal server ( perhaps via i frame??? ) do not bid on this project if you do not have the following: very good ruby on rails experience very good WHMCS experience very good php/linux experience
