Online booking module (80-90% completed) coded with cakePHP to be finalized.

Hi everyone, I have a 80% completed project coded a couple of years ago with CakePHP version 1.3.7 I had to suspend the Project due to our company’s decission and left the code as it was. I’m now looking for a responsible, 24/7 available, skilled and communicative independed cakePHP coder (Not looking for a company or a team member); 1- Who can work in GMT+2 or GMT+1 time 2- Who can upgrade the code to 2.3.x , upload it to my server and take it from there (or if this may slow down your working speed, you can work on your server and make daily uploads to my server at the end of working hours) 3- Who is ready to discuss our requirements and start working immediately The job is for 3 weeks, 5 hours a day, from Monday to Friday (between selected hours that are suitable for both parties, it’s flexible.) We may extend this 3 weeks period to 4-5 weeks for additional requirements. My budget is 11USD/hr. You will be required to provide a daily brief report on what’s been done at the end of each working day in addition to Freelancer Time Tracker. Your payment will be released every friday after working hours. Important: If we’re not happy with your work, your creativity or your working speed, we will release your weekly payment, cancel the job and hire another coder. The code will be sent to the ones who meet 3 criterias mentioned above to study. I will personally discuss with the selected freelancer about our requirements and provide an instructions document regarding the work expected to be done. A basic info about the module: The module basically enables the admin to create airport transfer packages, visitors search for transfers using the search form on the website, select and continue with the transfer package listed on the search results page and finalise the booking with the selected payment method(it will be paypal).
