I need a teacher to teach me c# (Preferably Indian, because of hindi)

Hi, My background is i have my own business. I just love programming and programming is my hobby. I have already learnt basic .net. I have created some basic softwares like calculator etc. Now, i want to further develop my skills. Because, i am so busy, i cant go anywhere to learn. Thats why, i thought why not find teacher online. My budget is $175 per month (maximum), which will include daily 1 hour coaching via skype, teamviewer(monday to saturday). Now, what i expect you to cover 1)[login to view URL] 2)[login to view URL] I want to do these projects. There will be 200 such projects which will be contained in book [login to view URL] So, first i will go through tutorials (I already know basic, so these will be done quickly). Than, i will start working on these 200 projects, one by one. Now, i have 3 more hours to work on my coding hobby. In no way, i assume that i will be able to finish everything quickly. I am slow learner and i do take my time in learning. Plus, i have no urgency. Thats why, i need a teacher who understands all these projects and teach me how to do it. This bid is for one month only. If i see progress, we will continue. I also think the teacher should be someone who can speak hindi, punjabi laguage. But, its definitely not "must have". Please, explain to me in your bid why you think you are good fit for this project. thanks
