Modify ZenCart tpl_main_page.php with Simple Text Box

I would like a simple text box added to the usual [login to view URL] file of my website. I want to be able to add a message which will appear on each page if I am away for a short time by simply changing the text on the file and uploading this alternate [login to view URL] file to replace the usual [login to view URL] file The space for the text needs to be able to accommodate up to 300 characters (including spaces) Text is to be 18px and be Red in color I do not want this loaded to the website now, but you will need to supply me the file so I can upload it and test it. I have attached an image of what I require it to look like. The work is required to be completed, tested and approved by Wednesday 22nd January 14

Hi, I'll do it for free, freelancer does not allow 0 AUD bid so I had to put 6 in it which with their commission made it 10 AUD bid. This is not a big job and will take not more than 30 minutes. Forwrad me your FTP details. And yes the switch will be in admin panel so if you want to show that box just put text in box and it will appear, to hide that box just delete that text, how about it ??
