Google Chrome Extention

I would like a simple extension made for the chrome browser, it will do the following. Extension will be installed into chrome browser and used in Google+ Hangouts. There is a feature in Google+ Hangouts that allows any participant in the hangout to be able to MUTE any other participant. When you are muted, all other participants in the hangout can hear you talking. The extension I need made, will instantly UN-MUTE me if someone mutes me. Basically, it will be an Auto Un-MUTE extension. Whenever the extension is enabled, it will always look to see if someone has muted me, if yes, it will immediately un-mute myself. I am attaching images below, so show the MUTE button that the extension will need to click so it will un-mute.
