After having a lot of my time wasted with a previous worker, I'm in need of an honest programmer to complete a web application project for me. A lot of the hard work has been done, but I need you to confirm that it's been done correctly, as well as fix up the bits that haven't been done. You need to be a solo programmer. I don't want someone who will outsource this to some other team. You need to be punctual and able to put a decent amount of time towards this project as I've already had enough of coders wasting my time. I've attached the software design document, as well as a list of what is missing or has to be fixed. I'm happy to chat with you in detail about what is required, just don't waste my time and say you can do something you can't. Thanks!

This project looks exciting, and reminds me a bit of Memrise. I like the idea of a leveling system rather than their gardener game system. However, I am hard pressed to offer a perfect bid amount to put your project to rest, as I have no idea how much is done nor the quality of what has been done, and the scope of the project. Were I to bid on this from scratch, I would probably be looking for something in the range of $6k. As it is, my bid is for 30 hours of work on my part. Some of that time would necessarily be spent reviewing the existing work. I look forward to working with you, and patiently await any questions you have for me, thanks!
