E-commerce website for Printer

I need a web-to-print E-commerce store with an on-line design tool that does NOT use Flash!! This is not a bits and pieces project where you can cut and paste code. So unless you are an experienced coder and knows about web2print / ecommerce for printing you should not bid. I need to discuss extensively before I award the project. Therefore communication in English is absolutely important. The website must have 2 modules. (a) B2C online store for casual customers (b) B2B section where business customers will login and place order.
