Script in php

Have a drupal site which uses the module AdGeoIP, will checks the IP of the visitor against maxmind database ([login to view URL]). Once it checks the IP, I need a script which will show adds which will vary according to the IP of the user. It is a modification of module Ad for Drupal. If you are interested in the project and can do it, please quote and I will send you a full and detailed explanation of what the script should do so you can recalculate your final bid with all the details at hand.
