Press Release Script

I am look to set up a press release website. I require similar functionality to sites such as: [login to view URL] I wish to create a members area with different levels of membership pertaining to the number of PR that can be release over a defined period of time. The membership are to range from free to tiered level of paid membership. All PR need to be manually reviewed by admin before release. Not sure is WP could be utilized to a degree? *Additional comment added May 26th:* Perhaps the benchmark site was not quite what I require, as there is no need for three account types. Perhaps look at: [login to view URL] I basically wish to create, what will primarily be, a paid press release site. However, I wish to be able to offer free account sign-up and a one free press release per customer, and then they are required to either pay per per press release, or pay for a subscription. The subscriptions will be tiered, the higher the subscription cost, the more articles can be submitted for release. All articles will require manual reviewing on an adminastrative interface before acceptance/rejection. Hopefully that is clear? ## Deliverables Ideally I would like this project completed by the end of June.
