Convert Magento Mysql database into new site

I need a database moved over or coverted to csv and imported into a new made magento site. Another person is working on the site. They will work with you. I"m hiring someone for that part to hurry up the process. As I want him to cocentrate on other tasks. I'll pay $100 for this and need it done in 2 days time. I believe there are 269 products. Each product has 3 images associated with them, or it could be 2. I think it's 3. A big pic of the product, and original size, and small size. I think the small one is for the checkout process. Not 100% sure but I think it's 3 sets of pics for each product. All product data and images need to be imported to the new magento site.
