353056 CMS project

I need a CMS with the following features (at least most of them, blog and forum are less necessary) : - possibility to have a copy of the site offline in order to proceed to updates and upload them after easily (I see Joomla remote do something, but I find Joomla system to cumbersome, I want something simpler) - integration with office or open office in order to easily upload documents - possibility to have a blog inside and update it also from offline - idem for a forum - if possible the CMS must be multilingual: easy of use in doing translated copies of some of the pages - if possible php and open source with a community of support. (Anyway, if you have realized your own CMS and it is very effective I can analyze it). If a similar CMS exist please say it to me. You will install it and in the future we will transfer the pages of my sites to it (this will be a separate bid). Now bid just for: installing CMS - Customizing it (template etc) - installing the necessaries modules. Thanks
