Widget: Multifunction Mortgage Calculator (repost)(repost)

Can you build this widget? [login to view URL] Need a small, attractive widget like the ones illustrated on the site linked above, but with an additional calculation that may have multiple components. Must be compatible with WordPress and all major blog platforms. Must be able to be freely or downloaded or captured from any page where it appears and redistributed on other people's websites.. Widget will perform calculations which I will specify. Along the lines of mortgage calculations, with amortization corresponding to interest rate, additional prepayments and term (years). ## Deliverables The calculator will have the standard fields of : -principal -interest rate -years -field for regular monthly principal prepayments with start and stop dates -field for lump sum prepayments evenly spaced or specifically dated from 1-4 times a year and will generate the regular monthly payment, with an option of showing the amortization schedule, plus savings if the additional payment fields are used. The calculator at this site: [login to view URL] has a prepayment function. But it will not run in my WordPress blog in my SemioLogic skin. The one you build must work in WordPress. Will include trackback URL to a site I specify, editable by me, as I might want to use it on more than one site. Optional but highly desirable: Will also contain a url that will track to affiliates, that is drop a cookie so if any revenues are generated the affiliate gets paid.
