Ongoing photo touch-ups needed

I sell hats on the internet and need someone to help touch up the photos (I take the shots and send to you for editing.) For each picture I need the hats close cropped using the pen tool then the backround filled with white. Other methods can be used to crop but I have found the pen tool works best. Also, I need someone that has an understanding of color, levels and contrast so quick fixes can be corrected if needed. Then, I need each photo cropped to remove excess background then resized to 400 pixels wide. Once this is done I need them saved and optimized for the web as a .jpg and both the finished .psd and optimized .jpg sent back to me. I will be needing 100 photos edited to start and if you are good then I will be sending much more pics on an ongoing basis. I want my photo to look the same as the [login to view URL] pictures. I need the hat cropped and background filled with white to create a floating appearance. This bid is for 100 photos.
