Recommend & Install Blog Software

I need someone to: 1.? Recommend an open source or free blog system (that can be installed on my server) that meets the criteria below 2.? Install the blog software on one of our sites, and, 3.? Provide instructions on which configuration files and database tables/fields to change for each site the blog software is installed on - so that I can install the blog software on additional sites by simply copying the files and databse tables over. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be PHP or Perl based and run on a Linux server. I do not have root or telenet access to the server or my hosting account. **IMPORTANT:? I am not looking for someone to develop blog software from scratch...? Just recommend a solution that meets the criteria I provide and then install it after I provide the go-ahead to use the software they recommend.?
