e-signing documents

Need to create PHP application that can be deployed on unix server. Budget should not exceed $50. I built the whole application in about 2 hours but my server crashed and cannot retrieve the code. Steps outlined below: 1) Individual is sent link to the web page containing list of documents 2) After clicking on a document, a new browser window is opened 3) html page contains jsignature elements that allow the page to be signed using browser and mouse 4) upon submitting the page in #3, the page and signature is sent to pdf 5) Pdf is emailed see links for samples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
